Prior to joining USTelecom, Remsen served as the Executive Director of Mobile Future, a national association working at the intersection of mobile technology and public policy. Previously, Remsen led media outreach for USTelecom; served as press secretary for the Democratic Whip in the U.S. House of Representatives; and worked in the government relations shop at NCTA during the passage of the 1996 Telecommunications Act.
Remsen received a B.A. in Political Science & History from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. from the American University School of Communications in Washington, DC.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Horton’s Kids and volunteers for the nonprofit group that provides tutoring, mentoring and other critical services to children in Washington DC.
